Sun Protection?

I bought Hawaian Tropic sun protection spf 45 i have a medium white to brownish skin i get a tan easily but im wondering with high protection will it take time for it or i need to buy a lower spf 2 ?

SPF 45 is good. Apply 20-30 minutes prior to skin exposure. No need for you to buy a lower SPF.http://asianskincare.wetpaint.com/
