7 ways to take care of your skin. Taking care of your skin is best done from the inside out. I recently bought a ($100) skin care product & realised the ingredients were the same as butter. Not surprisingly, the salesman had nothing to say when I spoke to him.

Most fun book you'll ever see on natural medicines – Atkins: "Vita-Nutrient Solution". Get it used off of Amazon. In it he talks about replacing the prescription drugs doctors give people with natural stuff. And he speaks of his experience with his patients using these things that anybody can buy.
Anyway, if you have cancer in the family – Selenium every day.
A good quality One-A-Day vitamin/mineral pill each day – one of two of those.
Also I've always heard it said that if you only took one pill per day – make it an aspirin.
For overall health – fish oil – 3000 to 6000 mgs/day – with vit. E. Maybe 2000 mgs of vit D (helps fight depression along with a bunch of other stuff).
But as you know – there's a zillion things out there, and some of them are clearly scams. But study up – take this stuff and you'll never know if it works – you'll just live longer and trouble free with any luck at all.
Of the choices, I would think that A.) or B.) is your best answer possibilities.
A. Natural selection does not always lead to evolution:
This is true. While nature may set the conditions for evolution to occur, there is an element of random chance involved as well. For example, a random point mutation may occur in an organism's genome that leads to phenotypic change, which is independent of environmental conditions.
B. A population may evolve in ways other than through natural selection.
Which is basically the same as question A, but less correct.
C. is wrong.
D. The two are exactly the same and may be used interchangeably.
Natural selection is blind to evolution as evolution is blind to natural selection. It is only by chance alone that the two parameters actually interact in a way that results in change to the organism. Natural selection cannot be used to mean evolution, as evolution alone cannot be used to mean natural selection.
E. I'm pretty sure this is wrong as well.
I think that your best answer is A.) Natural selection does not always lead to evolution.
natural talent or the "eye" – i dont believe in them or give them any credit
does the "eye" or natural talent ensure perfect exposure everytime? does it arrange lighting? does it come with photography school knowledge and training?does it know about off camera flash? can it proform simple flash equations like gn22 @ F22 = 1 meter coverage?
the "eye" and natural talent are the sayings of people who also think money buys skill, they say such things as "i have the eye and a really expensive camera why arent my images looking professional?" ???????????
how much natural talent does one need – in my case none – i went and studied for years – like all skills study and knowledge and practice are key – never seen "natural talent" or "the eye" get anyone anywhere without knowledge of light, lighting and "phototgraphy" – the arty ones on my course failed off camera flash because their expensive cameras didnt do it for them

I am sure that if there was solid evidence backed by real proof of natural cures for diseases that _many_ healthcare professionals would be talking about them, they would be in respected journals, even the so-called 'evil' pharmaceutical companies would be manufacturing 'enhanced', 'safer', 'more effective' natural cures. Just look at all the various companies that make different kinds of Vitamin C, Rosehips, Iron pills, and the like for your local grocery store.
IMHO, I think you're best bet is to work with a professional doctor.

Be cautious when referencing Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About." Do a little reading on this guy, then decide for yourself. Personally, I think he's a huckster out to make a buck using ridiculous claims backed by pseudo-science and possibly outright untruths .. but that's just my opinion .. and some other people like doctors, respected journalists, etc.

It helped me to always have food in my stomach, even if it was only cheerios or crackers. I also drank caffeine free coke (but NOT diet coke), because apparently the syrup in coke can settle the stomach? Good luck to you!
I recently made a few rough calculations and figured it would be cheaper but the payback would be lengthy due to the investment.
Natural gas generators are readily available but are going to cost $4-5k to be big enough for the whole house, even then you have to consider where you live and ac demand since this uses alot of power, although natural gas powered ac is available.
Even at my local rates of 4:1 gas versus electric, it was going to be a long payback.
Gas prices have risen since the "dash for gas" by generation companies eager for a quick buck on de-nationalization.
